All beautiful things start from a single speck of dust. You then lay a brick, or dig a hole. Maybe you pour some cement. You labour over getting the foundations right, and then think about how to make it look nice. Do you add some carpet? What details do you want? When you’ve finished sorting all of that out, how do you sell it?
Justin’s career in real estate echoes this path. He started laying the first brick of his real estate career in September 2019, learning all the ins and outs from masters of their craft. What’s the best way to market it? How do you negotiate the best price for a client? And… how do you sell it?
By 2020, Justin had managed to clinch Top Individual Achiever Award and Top Individual Producer Award. He also ended H1 2020 well within the Top 200s Producers – a strong testament to his hard work and dedication.
His stellar performance also saw him being invited to share his success with his fellow colleagues by his mentor from PropNex.
His track record is something in which all his clients can be proud of. Constantly praised as the most hardworking amongst his peers, Justin remains as humble as possible. This was drilled into him through constant participation in his favourite sport, Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The years in the sport has instilled various positive traits in him, especially humility and hard work. This has earned him multiple accreditations from clients and colleagues, which in turn has led to consistent referrals.
Now an Associate Senior Sales Director in his new company, Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI), Justin has begun a new journey towards bettering potential clients looking for their perfect home and advising them on their property investment choices.
In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his young son and beautiful wife, who is also in the real estate industry. Together, they hope to become an authority whenever someone poses the question: “How do you sell it?”
Hannie is someone who fearlessly challenges herself. Amidst 2012, Hannie set the stone rolling in real estate back in Jakarta, Indonesia. Fast forward two years, she moved to Singapore and joined the boutique real estate firm, JTResi, which specialises in luxury properties. While under her mentors, Hannie’s interest in the real estate world blossomed. Her focus shifted towards other types of properties during 2017, which influenced her change to Propnex.
This further gave Hannie, a new challenge in unfamiliar territory. Now, in her current role as an Associate Senior Sales Director in Singapore Realtors INC (SRI), Hannie has an abundance of knowledge in sectors involving luxury and commercial properties. The guru of properties with real value, she enlightens clients with information that earns. Off from work, Hannie is also an occasional Foodie Traveller. Traversing to places and enjoying their localities is a passion of hers.
Woon Yoke has been in the Real Estate business for more than 20 years, Woon Yoke is undoubtedly a natural in the field. Maintaining a standing record of the title “Top Producer” spanning from 2007 to 2016 in her previous company is something befitting her calibre.
Woon Yoke initially started her career in the HDB sector, guiding regular families to their preferred homes. The passion for improving herself demanded that she change her tactics from year to year, which resulted in Woon Yoke being adept in private, commercial, and industrial properties. Armed with her vast knowledge in the real estate industry, Woon Yoke had successfully achieved the Top Individual Producer numerous times and was ranked within TOP 100s individuals in her company. As such validating her trustworthiness and ability to provide for her clients.
